Is a 305 watt powe supply plenty for an ati x1600 pci-e graphics card?

Tho power supply contained by my dell dimension e520 is only 305 watts and be wondering if the x1600 card would work. (its not an x1650 pro). it recommends at lowest possible a 350 with a fully loaded system but im kinda unsure what that really technique. Thanks

No, to your first question. I believe you have need of a PSU for at least 460 watts to use that card. The other problem is proprietary parts. Unless they enjoy changed their policy, you can't just install an bad the shelf type PSU in a Dell computer. You enjoy to get it from them. Again, I could be wrong, but I suggest you look into this.
