Is within a workstation equivalent to I movies on the mac?
Windows movie architect isn't bad within comparison to Imovie. the other one that is close is Ulead Media Studio
None that I know of.
Windows Movie Maker on Win XP get pretty close.
Windows Movie Maker is on all copies of Windows XP & Media Center - I'm pretty sure that it's also Vista. It's a pretty honourable video editor - user friendly, great transition effects, great at making slideshows with music & titles, and you can rescue them as AVI's, WMV's, Video CDs or DVDs.
