Is in that a difference.?

between DDR PC3200 memory and DDR3 memory? Does the first own any other names, etc.?

Is in that a difference.?

Although it's not call this, you can consider DDR to be DDR1... as opposed to DDR2 and DDR3. DDR3 is profusely faster.
DDR3 only comes within the form of Graphic memory (GDDR3) and is much faster then standard RAM. DDR is much slower and an elder standard compared to DDR2 which uses faster clock speeds while sending 2 bits every tick.
DDR PC3200 is DDR1 RAM, DDR3 & DDR2 are different, and wont work in a DDR1 slot. You wont see DDR1 on the chip specs a moment ago DDR. They added the 1 to differentiate it from the newer DDR2 when it was put on the souk.

Eamonn.
big diffrance. ddr 3200 is ddr 1 ddr 2 and 3 both have diffrent pin counts and diffrent bus speeds, if mem serves 3200 is 400mhz , if you requirement ddr 3200 you need ddr 3200 though 2700 would prolly work on your board and most 3200 is backwards compatable next to 2700 which is 333 mhz if mem serves hope this helps
