intel pentium 3.06 Ghz,intel 945,512 mb,80GB i m a pupil in this can u plss enlighten frm WHAT R D SOFTWARES which i must 've 2 install in my workstation n frm where i can draw from all essential softwares ?freshly installed windows xp, nouns drivers , microsoft office nothng more than this neither any illustrative card nor others ...plz..can u suggest ..frm where i can achieve all this ?

Only the operating system is essential, anything else you install is simply what you want to use.
