Is this okay?

Budget get upped and I switched websites. Here's my new shopping list for the exotic rig I'm getting. Does it all work together near a Celeron D processor, 2G of memory, a floppy drive, a CD drive, and a nice big firm drive? Do I NEED a sound card, or can it run nouns without one?

Is this okay?

You do want a sound card, but the motherboard you hold picked out has one built surrounded by.
It should work with a Celeron D. The socket type is LGA 775. The motherboard have its own onboard sound so you do not involve an extra soundcard.
As a machine , Its OK.

The mother board have built in nouns card so dont worry.
Your computer will run fine next to everything but it will run slow with a celeron processor. Im a AMD guy but if u walk with intel bring at least a P4 or a Core 2 Dual.
Everything looks biddable except the CPU. I would go beside at least a Pent 4 duel core. The Cel is ok for standard computing but my slow down the graphics in some of todays winter sport and web sites. If your gona spend the bucks for a devout board and vid card, go for a well brought-up processor too.

Good luck with your different machine.
