I am trying to product a product, this will need a bluetooth mouse and the ivories in it. What is the best passageway to make these? Do I engender them myself, or do I ask a manufacturer if they would do a do business?

u patent it .. if its something thats not be thought of.. (which is rare relating to IT) , others might hold patented idea's long before you.. so you requirement to check that
as for makers, you attain someone to make a prototype ..
later later refine the prototype perchance with a manufactor after getting a production traffic with them
but it will enjoy to be something pretty amazing if its not something that hasn't been thought of earlier.
