Is a ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 honourable?
Good? Sure. Nice video board.
The best? Probably not. ATI have a reputation for not being fully compatible beside other companies' products. A less competent board from a more-compatible manufacturer would gross many users happier.
no not really, progress for a newer nvidia card
