Decoder Error
The video decoder has any malfunctioned or is not installed. Please restart Media Center and/or the computer.

If it's vista consequently good luck, but it's probably a driver, try to find an up dated driver, but you could run to control panal and uninstall and delete (make sure you have the driver) consequently shut down and remove the card and reboot. then shut down and re install the card. afterwards re boot and re install the drivers, some people enunciate you don't have to verbs the card, but I have found it help.
