Are you sure your shift button isn't sticking? If nought else works, it's probably time for a new upright. They aren't expensive nowadays.

MY CAPS LOCK IS ON, IS THERE A BUTTON TO TURN IT OFF?I TRIED TO CLICK AND IT WONT WORK, I TOOK OUT THE TABS AND IO CLEAN IT.ITS STILL LIKE THAT.I RESTARTD THE COMPUTER AND UNINSTALL AND REINSTALLED IT.HELP
