Macbook dvd drive ??

So, you mean that you removed Mac OS X and later tried to install XP?

That's not going to work. You need to own OS X installed, create a new fence on the hard drive, download & install BootCamp, next install XP.
Why are you running XP on a macbook :( ? Try to stick another disk into it and push eject right when you computer starts up i think thats what i did
To eject the disc, assuming adjectives hardware is OK, press Eject, F12, or hold the mouse (trackpad) button when starting up the machine.

You cannot install Windows by itself within a MacBook. BootCamp (free download from Apple) partitions the drive, make a drivers disk for Windows, and then allows you to install XP (SP2) or Vista contained by the new screen (be careful when select the partition during the Windows installation!).
