Keyboard problem??

ok resourcefully i have an ergonmic baby grand and for some reason the @ is where on earth the number 2 should be and is where the @ should be. The correspondence on the keyboard are within right place but when pressing them they are not. Anyone know how to fix this. thankyou

Keyboard problem??

some keyboards actually requirement drivers ... so if it came beside a disk install the driver at least ... also sometimes a computers bios only doesnt like definite keyboards .. so i suggest if the driver doesnt fix it try a different model ...
Take it back where on earth you bought it and get a replacement. The warrantee should cover such an perceptible defect.
Get a modern one!!!1
The and @ are transposed if you have a UK upright set as US or vice versa.

Check 'regional settings - keyboard' on your computer
Try uninstalling the hardware and then reinstall it, craft sure that you are using the installation disc that came near it. If that doesn't work, take it wager on and exchange it. Hope this helps...
The @ should be one and the same key as the number 2 switch. Accessing the @ by pressing the Shift key later striking the number 2 key will bestow you the @ symbol.

The Quote () symbol should be located on home key dash, first key to the right of the pinky finger or first push button to the right of the colon/semi colon key.

Good Point beside David P's comments - I wasnt aware that the UK version of a upright would be different.
