i know its not the best but i be looking for a nice little up grade from this 745 socket that i own. but that would still have the power to support my three IEDE hard drives and my ddr hit. so is it a good for the price?

ably new AMD procesors dont use the 939 processor so no, i dont consider its good, look at a hot mobo with Socket AM2. but what u want to use it for yea its fine
