Is the pin grid array on a CPU the external information bus? If yes, which bit is the address bus part/fsb?

It is better to read out that the PGA of a CPU *includes* the data bus. Of course, which pins correspond to what depends on the socket type. This association might help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/cpu_socket...
