I be just wondering if theres a performing difference when it comes down to the GFX card called 8800 GTX? Is evga the best? or are adjectives the brands the same?

Difference #3 : Different packaging, some come near games and some don't.

No adjectives brands are not the same. Different manufacturer make different boards. The recital will vary due to the part of components used to make the board. Try to find a board that high rated by users. For instance http://www.newegg.com provide user reviews for respectively of the manufacturers cards. I would suggest to look for the unmatched rated card in attendance.
