Is nearby any style to progress cpu frequency?
Is that a socket 478 CPU? I wouldn't overclock it, instinctively. If you do, make sure you enjoy a REALLY good heatsink / enthusiast on the CPU because its gonna get hot!!
You must run to BIOS into advanced settings section. Change the clock (FSB) of the CPU from automatic into booklet. P4P800 using 1Mhz step on overclocking. Assuming your processor Front Side Bus is 200Mhz, then lift up its value little by little, salvage the BIOS, restart your PC, benchmark it and see if other peripherals aren't suffering (too hot, unstable).
Be very mean to do this, any other peripherals could take a discouraging effects on overclocking. You must be sure that your memory are supporting higher frequency.
Prepared to loose/corrupted background, artifacts on the monitor if your way to overclocked are too elevated and importantly you can burn your CPU.
Do it on your own risk.
Open your BIOS by pressing F2 or del for setup. Change it from there
YES, any thru software (Clockgen) or by adjusting fsb surrounded by BIOS. But better read first some basics on overclocking so that you would work out the significance and effect of every adjustment you will make. This might support:

If your graphics card is 9600 Pro, it also has some overclocking headroom using ATI Tool.
