see i didnt want any article to high closing stages right now but i didnt want any piece less than $70. seeing that i could not find a mother board that supported apg that wasn't and socket 754. so is it a tip one?

Good card, yes. Great card, no.
You are looking at a video card only released inside the last week or so. You won't find it surrounded by the stores yet or own seen it around because it is so unknown.
The 8600 and 8500 have more shader pipelines so will outperform the 8400 and aren't that much more expensive.
BUT
the 8400 is low power usage, not expensive, have onchip high def dvd decode, Direct X10 and faster than the 7300 (but slower than 7600)
Will you be happy beside it, for the price tag I am sure you will be.
