Is it possible to burn CDs lacking a Burner drive?

Before, I know that burning music in CDs wishes a burner drive but when I heard others vote that there be a software that can burn CDs using the CD-ROM drive, I was curious if it's possible. If you know, can you please tolerate me know.

if you hold a cd-r only consequently, no you cant burn a cd but if you have a cd-rw you can. or a dvd rw can do it

You must think within different ways, my friends also told me about it but it's adjectives jokes, you must contemplate knowing that every software needs a hardware to support it a software short a hardware is nothing and vice verca.

without a solution..you can't burn cds on a CD-ROM.. cd-rom is only a read lone device.. you have atleast CD-RW drive to burn cds.. compact disk read/write.
I focus that's impossible!...for you to burn music on CDs you got to hold Cd writer..but you can still save musics to other storage devices basically like a Flash Drive..where on earth in there's no have need of for you to have a compact disc Writer..
