Is combining my computers together possible?

I have an ibm 300PL desktop for the longest time. It runs win98 and has singular 3gb of hard drive space. I get a mac mini a while back and know that it can run window operating systems.

what I want to know is: is it possible to somehow transfer my window information to my mac somewhow, or will I have no other choice than to buy a window os for my mac? I don't know a ton about computers but could I vote, attach the win hard drive as an external drive to my mac and shift adjectives the info to the mac and then disconnect?

I won't buy a unbroken new os for my mac if I enjoy to because all I am wanting is to be capable of run two windows programs on my mac short having to fire up this hoary thing.

Is combining my computers together possible?

Depending on the OS the mini have, it should already be able to run window programs natively. If it can't, there are copious windows emulators available for mac.

Copying the files as an external drive isn't artificial by the respecting FAT methods, but just copying the files from the 98 drive will not allow you to run window on your mac, though. Registry info is all kind of wrong for the mac.
windows uses a FAT32 bit directory allocation and mac uses a different kind of record system however there are persuaded application that can be tweaked and tailored for MAC if you are a panther or a tiger user post the name of the applications and we can work on it

CHEERS!
