Is a NVIDIA GeForce 7200GS upright?

7200GS is a slow budget card. It won't touch minimum system requirement. Take note below that minimum card is a Geforce 6600 and recommended is an 8600. I'm fairly surprised that it is even indicated that GF 7300 is NOT supported.
