Internet really slow?

ok ably my internet is at 10.0 Mbps , is this a bad piece, im sure it is , is there anything I can do to label it quicker?

you could go to tools, consequently options, and delete your history, cookies, and files including offline files
what character of connection do you hold? cable? DSL?
what connection do you enjoy? maybe if you have DSL you whould have to do something different cable.
